Tough getting home today

Lads took me over 2 hours to get from citywest to Tyrrelstown towed transit and bmw up the incline there coming out of citywest near baldonnel . cars abandoned all over the place, came off the N3 and came up through Damastown and that was totally impassible for most cars, not the trusty Subaru! as Scoobymaniac as my witness i made it up the hill sideways!

Now the ABS and engine check light came on after the struggle getting up the hill, is this normal under loads of wheel spin, also had an ERR 55 appear above the mileage indicator, will go back down after the car has cooled down and check the lights again. Any idea what could have cause this?

Stay safe out there lads!

ERR 55 is ABS, will probably reset itself after a while.

I'm still in work, I'm in Parkwest, not even going to attempt to leave yet :new_puppy_dog_eyes:

  Funniest thing i've seen in ages, completely sidways, car crabbing up the hill, all 4 wheels spining. I should've taken a picture :hammerhead:

Half hour to drive around Clondalkin village in a rear wheel drive Terios :wall: Was trying to get on the M50 to get to Dun Laoghaire but nothing was moving. Then you have the idiots that think "oh I'll just put the shoe in..that'll work". :angry1:

Seen a women drag the arse of her lovely 318 along a wall because she put the foot in and the wheels just spun...I'd say she was annoyed :icon_sad:

Fecking madness out there, even if I had my Legacy back I wouldn't be venturing out in that! Lets  it clears up, and soon!
