Towbar

Well lads i have to get a towbar on the van to tow the new track car around
i just rang me towbar in santry and he quoted 290 euro is he
does anybody know were i can get one suupplied and fitted for a good price???
O and the van is a 05 SWB transit

Just go to a motor factor, 290 is crazy.

And fit yourself, transit is the easiest yoke to fit a towbar to

as brian said plus there awfull easy fit...only 8 bolts...

Any idea how much they are? also do they have to be welded
or are they simply bolted on

No welding paul, just bolts and the holes are already there

As for price, no more than 150 with the wiring kit

i have one of a 01 lwb transit its nearly new took it off before i sold it id say it will fit

malcolms in rathmines sell witter towbar kits and are the cheapest you'll find around !!!!
