Anybody hear about this? huge recall of toyotas in north america at the moment and now europe, im in canada at the moment cars ending up in lakes n'all over here!

Sounds to me Toyota are being extra cautious recalling so many vehicles. Has there been any incidents of this occurring in Europe?
