Started to strip the Saxo last night for the roll cage and fitted my new sparco seat on fixed rails.

As always the brackets were a pain to fit but it worked out solid'the bars a fitted into 25mm holes on each said and welded into place so it's just 4 bolts to adjust or remove the seat.

Getting some paint on the roll cage this evening it's ment to be yellow but looking a little green,think it should turn more yellow after a few more Coats.

ya should have used white primer, but it will still cover it but it just needs more coats ,it will be class in that colour :leggy2

Ya the gray primer was the problem I'll keep a few coats on during the week until it gets a bit more yellow like the jacket in the pic

so in only 3 months you have gone from a little project track car

to having a time attack car nearly finished, some going and just shows what can be done in a short space of time

welldone and best of luck in the time attack this season, car is looking great

Busy enough day today got a few hours mid day and evening so the axel from the donor car is out and stripped down for a clean up.

Got my axel out this evening bit of a pig on my own but got the job done I'll have to change over my hubs for the ABS while there off I'm gona fit new bearings the ones in there are looking dry.

Had the AVO on got then new and they are really good but the beilstein really feel solid not sure which to put back on think I'll go with beilstein for Bazs day.
