I think a turbo is pointless on a small light trackcar. There is such thing as to much power!! and if it were mine I'd be heading the route of port and polished head really aggressive cams throttle bodies and a diff you will be 200 bhp at that stage

Bit of a mixed bag day with the Saxo today having some power steering problems but think I have it sorted.
But got my new crank pulley and alternator belt fitted also got the cage in just needs welding in a

Late one tonight[emoji42]thanks to Dec for all the help and 12:30Am when we left the garage for tea and toast[emoji1]
After stripping out the engine wiring loom looking for a fault we came to the conclusion that it had to be an ECU problem.
So only thing for it was to strip out the inlet manifold and pull out the whole power steering rack unit and fit the standard rack I had from the other Saxo,this was something I was going to do at a later stage but didn't want to take it on before Bazs track day but thanks to Dec and Ray the job is 60% done now so all going well it should be back together tomorrow night.
Dec done a lovely job tidying the wiring loom and fitting new loom tape where needed[emoji106]
