Dropped the petrol tank today.
Want to get it out before I finish welding on the cage,the
Two center points of the cage are just over the tank and it's not worth blowing the whole thing up at this stage[emoji1]

Attack event,the little Saxo went very well and never missed a beat all day.
I came 3rd in class which may not have happened if there was more than 3 in my class[emoji1]
But I was delighted with my best time of 2:08.035 I should be able to squeeze better times by the end of the year as I'm only 6 months into this little car.
Thanks to all the lads in time attack for a great day and my buddy Paul for helping with the car all day.
Looking forward to round 2

Cheers Colm ye it's a great day even better than I expected.
It's a great feeling having the mondello timer on ya.
I should be able to get quicker the car needs a map in a bad way and need to get better brake pads it's hard to get 4 to 5 seconds back on the Hondas as they all run near 200 bhp but I'll have fun trying also need bigger [emoji460]️[emoji460]️[emoji460]️[emoji460]️[emoji460]️[emoji469]

Started stripping all extra unwanted weight from the car today.
All wireing and metal that is not needed will be stripped.
I think the way to go with this car is super light weight and getting it to stop quicker.
