those s-bends after tarzan are the nicest bends for gettin it out imo ,, and can totally relate to the "running out of talent" comment , think near the endof the day , wagon dec and baz had a view of my tank slapper cuming out of turn two lol . and then baz had a moment a min later although his manouvre looked a lot more controlled than myne . mighty craic .

 It nearly throw me into a barrier

Quote Sweecakes; That's the 1 alright, ha ha .. in the video I think I'm making about 70 different excuses while all Eoin wanted to do was get
in and change his underpants .. the real reason is that I unfortunately ran out of talent, ha ha.. ill get better and next year in the wet ill nail that switch from the right hand power slide to the left hand power slide

I was well impressed with your car Robbie and you drove it like a boss. Not sure if drifting is the fastest way around, but tons of fun. Got the Toyos today, so loads of grip now.
:653:

Good man Eoin, tyres will make a massive difference

If anyone has a spare set of alloys, a set of second hand rally slicks or second hand track tyres for about €200 will be the biggest difference you could make to the car.

Get rid of them p zero's mother of god sh1t in the wet
Gonna get track wheels with some of them Robbie tyres on them grip in the wet was unreal
What would a 20g turbo and mapping it for same see my car up to.
Cheers
Keith

20g would see you close to 400 anyway Keith, think you may need a set of injectors and a fuel pressure reg though to get up there. FPR may be enough to flow the juice but you'd have to check that out. You thinking of going ahead with it then?

ill be up for 2 track days a year   . anyone up for a group buy on camber bolts ,coilovers. and arb's .surely a discount can be had off 1 of the traders or somewhere :dontknow:

Im up for arbs those diff bolts you were on about and ill have some drop links swell if your planning a group buy .Btw i have a spare Ra Dccd gearbox and matching R180 rear diff 4.4 if your interested c/w driveshafts.
Those Carbon Loraine pads are the business, thats my fourth track day on them and they're still only half worn, they take some punishment. They were literally on fire at one point when i came in off the track.

Spotted my car was puffing a bit of blue smoke on youtube , might be coming to an end soon , thinking about 2.5 and a gems ecu with anti lag for the next track day

Re: Track Day Aftermath

Depends on the injectors in the car, 440's won't see much above 320 bhp! A set of 550's however should be good for 405ish bhp!

Tyres. I'll probably go with A048's as opposed to 888's.
Bigger master cylinder. My god the amount of flex in the OEM one is a joke. I'll try a brake stopper 1st and see how I get on.
Remove the Bias valve for an adjustable one.
Rebuild and refurb the brakes.
Rear camber arms.
Adjust camber & caster on front to suit track.
Sort the dampers.
Maybe an X-Brace or dash dodger cage. The rear seats etc will be stripped out and it'll just be left on limits of NCT.
Think I've to remove the Seat belt anchor points and have the details changed on the Logbook from 4 seats to 2 seats.
Short shifter definitely.
Cat back exhaust. Maybe buddyclub or HKS Silent HiPower.
Some engine goodies (ITG Maxogen airbox, high compression pistons, baffled sump etc) and going to map it myself on a KPro.

Some list!
