Training for a triathalon

just a point i noticed on gettin tired in the pool after 500m, do you breathe on every stroke, its prob best you do, not the quickest but will keep your lungs full. also join sligo swim club, sligo c.c and the running club, they will bring ya on in leaps and bounds as opposed to training by yourself.

I breathe (That right spelling??) every 4 strokes, its the way i used too train, and i live up in dub now so sligo running team aint really an option, but my G/F runs 10miles every 2 days so i do train with her, She's goin doing the triathalons with me, but her fitness is so far abouve mine i'm just tryin too catch up. ((She runs 10km in 38mins!!!!!!!!) I'm 55mins)
So i have a goal (TOO BEAT HER :lol: :lol: :lol:)
Agree (eric is doing excellent training so far, What is it 4 stone he has lost, That is incredible will power and he is really a credit too himself for doing it.) :clap:
