lads have a question for ya's... i have a wrx 2003, what turbo is standard with these? is it td04???? it just the turbo on mine has ihi on it... is this correct?
 
I'm sure lads will be on shortly to confirm!
IHI turbos are used on (I think) all the STI's,
Can you make out any numbers on it?? ie. IHI vf34

no i can just see ihi turbo on it, bought it from a garage and all the bloke said was its bout 270bhp did know what was done to it.. it has a fuelab pressure reg fitted so should i assume it mapped too?????
 
AFAIK Dan is correct there. and don't think the 03 wrx came with an IHI as standard :thumbsup:
 
your 03 wrx will have the same as my bugeye that should be a td04 which is a mitsubishi turbo ihi make the vf range of turbos so i would say somebody swapped yours for an sti item
 
Is there any way for him to check if it has ben remapped??
