type r 2 pots

i got rear 2 pots off a type r with vented discs what will i need to fit them to a wrx bug were can i get the brackets
oh i have 1 pots fitted to car already
any advice or links thanks lads :thumbsup:
 
I thought newage wrx came with 2 pot rears and four pot fronts? :ponder:

Before you buy the adapters just double check that the hub size is different, ie. the new discs will have 191mm on the inside and your old ones will have either 170mm or 191mm. If you already have 191mm hubs (with single pot calipers) then the adapter kit will NOT work, it will leave the caliper half off the disc. You'll need to change the hubs for newage sti ones, and then the calipers will bolt straight on without adapters.

If you have 170mm hubs (with single pot calipers) then the adapter kit will be needed and oversized hand brake shoes too :thumbsup:
 
when i got the cr it had 2 pots on front and 1 pot one rear i say the shoes are 170mm were would i get the kit

Very unusual. Never seen that before.

As for where to get the kit, I'm not sure if the any of traders here do them but you can get them from Godspeed :thumbsup:
 
ya its weird alright they must have been changed some stage in its life i was onto dave in sti tunning he said it should have the 4 pots and 2 pot on rear i will try godspeed cheers :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
