unequal headers for v4 sti

lads looking for the above as i don hav the scooby rumble been like dis since i have the car but time for a change any1 got any der and could fit dem.. amy help wud be great..

i thought it was only cars with the twin scroll turbo used the equal length headers?

oh i just tot cause i dint have the rumble that was the cause..

you have standard exhaust on it? if aftermarket, there could be a baffle or resonator thats taking away that lovely rumble

Pick up a decent aftermarket backbox to start with and away you go...
get one that bolts to the original centre section so you can add to it
if you want at a later date...

There is a small rumble outta the standard exhaust on my 97 Wagon.......

Only thing non standard about the car is the Apexi Air Filter

yea was tnkn bout a backbox alri any second hand 1,s floatin around cant afford new ouv work last 4months..

Just for the craic!
Remove your backbox, Just two bolts just behind your back wheel, soak them with WD40a while before, and let it hang down away from your center section,
Start her up and give her a rev and see if that is the sound you are after!, if so, Get your hands on a back box, I'm sure some one will have one around!
Have a look under your engine, at the front going from left to right, you will see your headers, If they are covered with subaru branded heat sheilding then you more than likely still have your standard "rumbley" headers!
