Used Sti front shocks/coilovers required

Hi All,

Due to front axle imbalance, looking to buy 2 used x front sti shocks,04 GDB sti.

For the NCT?
What was the percentage imbalance (and movement per side in mm)?
Was the tyre pressure the same on each side?

My STI was failed on front axle imbalance (37%), but tyre pressures were different when I checked at home (2.8 bar on the left and 2.1 on the right). Let her back in with 2.6 on the left and 2.8 on the right... and presto... she passed with only an imbalance of 5%.

With used / 2nd hand units you could be same off as your current set.

Yes was nct, nearside 45mm against offside 24mm imbalance 47%, check tyre pressure all ok.

Too true with regards 2nd hand units think im asking for trouble there will price new,nearside shock must be gone suppose that
side takes all the hits then again their Streetmasters not road friendly.
