wats a version 6 worth its 1999 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX JAP IMPORT VERSION 6. ENGINE JUST FULLY REBUILT LAST MONTH 330 BHP .DUMP VALVE LIGHT WEIGHT MODEL TURBO TIMER stuck a pic up there 4 ye to see...
 
thats a v5 not v6 and its not a light weight model

id be asking for the receipt for engine build and i dought its 330 bhp
its only 240bhp from the factory

bad photos to try sell a car too
 
where abouts located? one about west dublin while back and was a bad accident repaired. not sure reg though. had 3x white defis on her.
 
this fella is looking for about 6500k for it.. its in mayo.. and a d reg dont think there is any clocks in it

How did you reach the conclusion its not a V6? as you can get the V5 from late 98 to 99, The V6 was late 99 to 00 so its very possible its a V6.

Either way, its NOT a "light weight" model unless its a RA

If its only a wrx and not an STi then its worth less. Personally I wouldn't pay €6,500 for a 99 WRX

The V5 and V6 had the same front bumper, and UK specs had headlight washers.

AFAIK your right about that tommy, they came with the high spoiler but without the flick up at the end. The flick up was V6 :thumbsup:

same bumper but different splitter. The one on the picture looks v5 alright. and I doubt it pushes 330 bhp.
 
bit weiry he said engine was rebuit (oil leaking) i dont think so two polish lads rebuilt it for him so that goes to show ya???
 
sorry for bringing up old thread but this looks suspicisly like my car no wonder engine gone if oil was leaking although wasnt leaking in couple weeks i driving it i got the engine was built couple months ago story to but no recipts and its nowhere near 330bhp either ha anyways if its version 5 does that mean i have broader engine choices i want something thats a straight swap in
