upgrade from a hybrid TD05 16g , or are they pritty similar

my clutch is going tits up so thats on the list first im afraid -_- otherwise id have this off you dave (along with the other impreza bits)
 
starting to when towing (light towing)... sourced a stage1 exedy thats top of the list.
