Probably a thread somewhere already and I know it doesnt effect a lot of members of this club but you can fill it out as a member of the public aswell so I would urge people to do it. Classic cars are expensive enough as it is let alone testing it every year.
I have focused mine on getting them to introduce when a car goes over 30 years old its exempt as I would like to think I will still have the V2 that will be eligable for this in 10 years time!
