You should really cut down your choice of car,

2001 wrx €2500-€3000
2004 Sti €6000-€7000

There's a big difference in specs

Fair point but If i do that im narrowing my chances of finding something decent and original,iv seen enough heaps already to know i need to keep my options open, and im willing to pay proper money for a proper car as stated

Prob a bit pricey and don't know car but I really like this
There's just something nice about the hawk Wrx

Fair point aswell but unless your buying to stick in a bubble for the next 20 years IMO I would buy the best spec car and one your going to like looking at

have you looked at any yet, there had been a good few for sale about the country since feb,

Its been painted
Drivers Headlight and indicator lens off line
Middle Bolt on Drivers Wing unpainted
Worst of all the boot was covered in tinfoil where it was used for sound deadening for a sound system :banghead
Plywood Spare Wheel Cover :facepalm

plywood spare wheel covers are in loads of subaru's under the boot mat
Not to get technical on timber but most factory spare wheel covers are made of MDF the homemade spare wheel cover in this particular car was made of WBP Plywood something Subaru didnt intend on ever putting in

to be fair the mdf ones are great when new but fall to bits after 10-15 years i have a plywood one in mine covered in accustic black cloth life time job
