Got the finish coat done on the wheels today, brought them out into the sun to see what the fleck is like and to get a pic,
cant wait to get the lacquer on :smile:

Called into Noel in C&R on the way home and they were out of stock but can get a set tomorrow morning in castle garage ,
 
Didi a bit of work sorting out the stereo on the car. Speakers were buzzing coz the foam surrounds were in bits. Pretty much impossible to get replacement speakers due to the McIntosh speakers being 8ohm and nearly every other speaker i looked at was 4 ohm so went on ebay and got a refoam kit.

Also took apart the amplifier and soldered in a higher value resistor on the circuit controlling the output for the sub in the boot.

Pic isnt great coz had to get close up with the iphone

There's a lovely thump from the sub now without having to crank the bass on the head unit
 
Got these last thursday but only getting around to sorting the pics.

Thanks Chris :thumbsup: Hope to have them on for the weekend just need to pick up 2 tyres with some thread on them :doh: no point in me sticking the ones i took off back on as their passed thread wear indicator :wall:

cleaned up calpiers and pads as they were squealing like crazy at low speed braking and painted and fitted new front lip, i should have painted it first!
