Finally got my parcel from Driftworks after been roasted by customs... Their European Shop is based in the UK ( I did not realise this ).... Anyway replaced my orginal fuel pump with a new uprated Walbro 154 simple enough, bit of a tight squeeze into the bracket. It's louder on the start up prime and definitely seems to give me more get up and go but I'm breaking down on a plug or coil so that's next to sort.
Also my car is sitting low and the outer steering track rod arms were sitting stupidly upwards, so after some online investigation I sourced a ungraded set of outer track rod ends made by Hardrace, very expensive but my god it makes a huge difference to the handling.
Next jobs are rocker cover gaskets and some tiding of coolant pipes and sweats and front lower U Frame removal and powder coating.
