Washed, de-tared, clay bared, polished and waxed the whole car over the last week and on the way home today had a bird, which must have been the size of a cow, cover the whole car in s**t in a space of two seconds - at least it was easy to clean off the waxed surface [emoji23]
Also serviced it with some millers oil and an OEM filter. Also finally shaped the fiberglass eBay special fog light covers to size so hopefully get a chance to paint them over the next few weeks.

Next on the to do list: clean calipers and wheels as well as inside the arches and start working on the surface rust areas under the car... And maybe start a build thread for the car here...

Isn't it always the way man. They only stay clean till they leave the yard ????
She's a real nice bug, well wear ????????
 
Fitted new exhaust and some Whiteline gear shifter bushes .
Few more bushes to replace yet on the shifter to finish it off .

Your getting this prep work started very early baz [emoji16] I could tell you what the old exhaust sounds like as it goes into the distance [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Pollen filter :facepalm: It was so bad i felt like i had to shower after it.... DISGUSTING.
Happy i'm doing all these bits and not assuming that they were done lol...
 
Great days work 2 beasts cleaned in and out just waiting for eoin mack to detail both ???????? and time for a few beers and bbq and best part of day my 2 1/2 year old girl cycled her bike on her own for first time today ????✋

Did nothing to the car this weekend, did buy a quad though for reasons I'm still not sure about, do have an empty field though and the in laws are only a 1km down the road [emoji2357]
