thats a balls- now not knowing the extent of it , they did the same to me on the 05 beemer i sold last yeatr, a very quick and easy weld sorted it for me, they barely even inspected it for the retest. i have nct'd 6 cars in the last year and its seems ball joints and rust are the new failing items and of course lights not properly focused

Not a bad Nct for its age. I would rather have to repair a sill than have it fail on emissions. With the sill you know where the problem is. Emissions can be a pain to pinpoint the exact problem and expensive.
