I would contact froggy in subaru salvage. It would be the only JDM BL5 B4 for breaking in the country. lucky if you would get 5k for it as is mate, well in my opinion.
 
i doubt it has an sti spec b close ratio gearbox. Also only has sti back boxes, not a full cat back system. I thought yours was a normal GT legacy and not the spec b model

5 grand sold as is would be very lucky.

Why not fix it? i had a small accident in mine and it cost 2300 to fix, not that i paid for it, but 3800 is not that much really
 
i dont know why does specs say that i dont know once iv crashed i just want rid really it costs me 500 a month to keep this last year on the drive
