What is wrong with this car

Noticed that myself it seems to be on English plates so that could account for some if it but even so its suspiciously cheap but could be worth a look
 
It's uk reg alright, but ya still cheap at that! God it'd be a great car to buy for track days. No Vrt then!!
 
There's no car for sale,i think it's an advert for a road safety campaign by mayo co council,if you ring the number it goes straight to a voicemail message,some fella saying he's from the rsa..
 
The car was up for sale, the county council copied the pics and used them in their advert
 
And the stupid thing about this hole campaign is that no one will slow down because of this add.

Hopefully no one will die this weekend from a road crash but I would love to see the statistics for how many "boy racers" have killed, I bet it's no we're near the amount that would justify this pathetic RSA add.
