Well lads,
Gonna get myself a set of Rota gra's for the classic,
Debating on getting 17 or 18's??
Never had 18's on a car before so i don't know what they'd be like on the dodgy roads around where i live :dunno:
Anyone any recommendation??
 
hi brian i had the same dilema a few weeks ago went for the 17's gra's safer option especially out where i live potholes just spring up like pimples... went for the 45 profile aswell for more protection just incase.. they say the classics loose the handling with 18's..??? :ponder:
 
17x7.5 I wouldn't go any bigger on a classic!

18x8 on all new age STI's
 
Don't put 18's next or near a classic, the handling is sh!te on them. I had a set of speedline 18's on mine when I bought it, don't know myself since I took them off.
If you're up Dublin way some weekend you're more than welcome to try them on though, just to see how poor the handling is on 18's
