What spark plugs for 400ish impreza

Do you have a 2.0 or 2.5 (Ej20, EJ205, EJ207, EJ255, EJ257)?
Best off talking to your tuner no matter what.
Keep in mind it also depends on how you use the 400bhp... if everyday driver and odd spirited run etc maybe a 7 heat plug, but if doing lots of trackdays (prolonged high rev use) then could be looking at an 8 heat... as I said though, talk to your tuner as is tied to the map especially at that power level and above.
I am running NGK ILFR7H in my 2.5 STI tuned for RON95 and running 326bhp/397lbs/ft. My tuner told me these plugs are good up to 400bhp on my engine and just reduces the service interval the closer I go to the 400bhp. After 400 he told me to go up one heat, but keep in mind I don't do track work with this car.
