Just learnt that HID conversions (HID into halogen assembly) are a straight NCT fail...So one can't drive after a jar or two (even when you live outside the bounds of the M50 motorway and know the road well), car has to be taxed, tyres can't be fitted 'back-to-front', lights have to be legal etc....What's next? Where is it all going?
 
I'd say" women won't be allowed to drive"

At least they will get one thing right!!
 
could be something even more radical...like telling people not to use fog lights, when there is no fog, in favour of mirrors and indicators- especially in weird places like roundabouts and motorways!
