Myself and StiBrian got these last year before terenure, mine have been on and off the car at least 20 times and they are still perfect, none of the typical denting or scratching that occurs with usual black nuts.
Only thing I'm unsure of is last year when we got them, even though they all require the key, there are 4 nuts which require the key orientated a special way so are effectively lock nuts.
