wheel nuts

anybody know anything about odd size japanese wheel nuts .any size socket ive tried has failed (wheelbrace or socket was missing out of the car).they seem to be a seven sided very thin nut.any idea where i could something to get them off.

If standard sockets don't fit them it sounds like they are lock nuts.

You might have to get them taken off & replace with standard nuts.

They are lock nuts to stop people robbing your wheels. Ask your local garage about getting them off. I think some of them have special tools for the job

I had lock nuts on my Glanza that I got taken off by fast fit. Charged 10 euro a wheel and had all the nuts off in about a half hour!
