when do the rules change for imports?

And this country continues to get worse and worse

i tihink their going to introduce it in the finance bill in january to come into effect sometime later in 2009 or maybe 2010.

in the papers last week - they reported that 22% (i think it ws 22% if not a similar big number) of uk imports were previously written off ( and recorded on HPI) and then shipped here. something like 200 peeple got letters telling them that their cars might not be roadworthy!!
this pre-reg inspection hopefully would catch some of these before they get onto the roads here? some good in that, i think
