Where to get OEM panel parts for STI in Europe?

Does anyone know where I can find OEM parts (i'm looking for underneath wind deflector flap 59123FE060 Plate Air Plap LH) but I can only see them for sale on USA sites and they charge stupid prices for shipping... are there any Irish / UK original parts (not aftermarket improvement parts) suppliers? Do the Subaru dealers sell them?
 
Contact Noel in Carroll & Roche and quote that part number... he may be able to help you out... see trader section for contact details.
 
BTW.. if it's off a classic I may have a spare one lying around. Can you give me car details and a pic..???? I've a V6 STi.
 
I rang Carroll & Roche. Had to get him chassis number for him to find it on computer. He has ordered parts (told him to get L and R side) - i'll see if it's right part when it comes in hopefully Thursday. I was expecting them to charge a lot for parts but price was comparable to US parts site (and with no postage of $27 :thumbsup:)
