Whiteline Anti lift Kit. Has/can anyone fitted one to a newage.

ALK replace the stock factory transverse link bushing mounts with redesigned units that will prove better toe control at speed/braking and crisper turn-in as well as change the suspension geometry by adding additional positive caster.

Basically it eliminates the understeering... and increases steering response and better turn-in characteristics. Great upgrade!

thanx

You bought them of another John, I thought it was me. The first pic by Matt is an ALK for a Classic, the Newage is similar, with a few extra washers of differing thickness's. The second pic by Matt if a set of adjustable front droplinks.

That what they are alright. Adjustable drop link. Are they a good peace of Kit?

I had those drop links on my car with standard anti roll bar and mechanic who fitted them said they were really meant for a lowered car so were hard to fit.
6 months after fitting they were fecked, ball joints were gone on them.
So i put the original ones back on. And comparing the whiteline ones against original ones, the whiteline ones were only 2/3 the length.

My car is lowered so I shouldn't run into that problem. Should I?

Re: 2 MAFS in 2 months

Yeah id say you'll be grand then. You'll be able to hold one of the new ones against your standard ones while they are still on the car and see if they are the same length. I think the whiteline are adjustable in length to some extent anyway.
