Probably gonna get both cars done in June so want to make a decision soon and a mobile service would be easier for me

got mine done last week 1st class job 100euro and called out to house,he needs a shed or garage to do them in,took about 2 hours to do back 3 windows il stick a pick up,great job..

no hes a guy who used to do it full time but only does it on the side,he wont do the windows outside so the car has to be in to get the job done right..

thats what I thought, so that rules me out.

I wonder could he do it in a multi story car park or is that classed outside?

got the car done recently at shades.ie over by Blanchardstown
went for 20% on the back and rear window
Very happy with results

Was speaking to the guy there and he said they only have a film with 70% VLT at the moment and if you put that on the front driver & passenger there is a likelihood it would fail as when added to a factory tint will probably bring it just below the legal limit of 65% VLT down to about 61/62%.

They are looking to source a 75% VLT tint which should be ok to use & pass NCT
