Thank god its back nexted week wrc, rally Sweden.
Who will win this year will it be loeb again or will some one else step up to the mark Hirvonen gave it a go last year.
Gronholm ids also back having a drive for ford.
 
Hopefully there will be a fresh face on the no1 spot this year Rory, i'd like to see Gronholm winning.
 
Ya wud be nice now alrite if some1 new wins it.

Hopefully it wil be close anyway like lst yr and go down to the lst round.
 
Hirvonen will only win if loeb flips the car again, I'd like to know why Latvala hasn't been ran to give someone else a chance
 
i reckon peter solberg will give them a run with the 09 spec c 4 2 of them may i add hasnt got the full budget fot the season yet but should give them a run on some rallys
 
Yeah first stage was a super special & Solberg being a show man tried doing too much & nearly did a Jarri-Matti on it :doh:

After stage 4 normal service has resumed.

Loeb leads from Hirvonen. Sordo in third ahead of Latvala.

Petter is in 9th, already 1min behind :icon_rolleyes:
 
..Why no mention of Mads Ostberg......keeping the Subaru Flag flying........driving a 2007 Spec Impreza.......currently 7th..only 54.6s behind...(ahead of Petter)...He says the old car suits his driving style better...looks a lot better too..............Very good driver to watch....always spectactular.....

And Setanta have secured the rights to show WRC highlights this year.

Pretty sure you can view setanta for free if you're an eircom broadband subscriber :ponder2:
 
setanta ireland have daily highlights on each rally starting tonight at 9:30 till 10
 
motors tv are showing an hours coverage after every days rallying.....
starts tonite at 10.20 i think.......

(Solberg was first to hit trouble, losing four minutes and damaging the rear of his C4 WRC when he went off the road. He got going again, but was quickly caught by Ford Focus RS WRC driver Matthew Wilson. Wilson passed soon after, when Petter went off again, but eight kilometres from the finish Wilson stalled his Ford on a corner and was rear-ended by Petter's Citroen.)
