Three people were rescued from the cliff face after their black Subaru left Marine Drive at about 21:00 GMT on 23 January.
The driver and two passengers suffered only minor injuries.
The car was recovered using a crane by members of the Isle of Man Constabulary Roads Policing Unit.
'Lottery ticket'
A spokesman said the windy conditions made it a "tough task" to recover the vehicle from the rocks.
He added: "The three occupants who were within this vehicle when it went over the cliff are all alive and well. I suggest they put a lottery ticket on this weekend."
A full rescue operation was carried out last month involving the coastguard, lifeboat and the fire and rescue service's specialist rope team.
