It's always the same tho, years ago it was the twincam, then it was the Civic, now it's the IS200 lads that cause a scene.
And like said above, I do believe a clean Altezza in a few years will be worth a pretty penny.
In fairness, when we got on the road, we were forced into small cars. My first was a 1.2 Clio, I know others had Micra, Starlets etc.. Sure 17 or 18 year old lads now can get insured in an IS200, RWD with 160bhp, we'd have loved that when we were getting on the road.
And I do think the Altezza owners get fair stick when the majority of those tend to be much older than the IS200 lads, with a bit more cop on.
I've have a clean RS200 myself to be fair, and I'll probably get stick for that but I do think they can be a nice car when clean and done right. Slow as a wet week but still a grand car in my books.
But I think it'll go the way it always does.
They're cheap and cheerful.
Market gets flooded.
Turn way too common so no one wants them.
Start to get rare.
