Very good.
I've used the Autoglym kit quite a few times, sandpaper on a drill etc and then foam pads and finally polishing.
But heavy hitting but once you get it nice and flat and clear, they hold for a while.
Last time around tho thanks to a members tip, I just used Autoglym Paint Renovator on a microfiber and it worked a treat. Just to take off the haze. 5 mins only 👌

yeah, I was afraid of the heavy hit of sanding so tried compound and polish. A quick ceramic coating too will hopefully help it hold. I'll try that next though if I need to. Thanks.
 
You would very seldom need the sanding to be fair.. But good to do at least once just to get them fairly clear.
I used just use headlamp polish on them from time to time after that but as recommended, I went for an abrasive compound for the top up and it done the trick 👌
