Best place for Defi Gauges

Where's the best place to buy genuine Defi gauges? Looking at starting my collect of the new advance bf range.

I know Tein UK are the main resellers in the UK and do sell direct but I know sometimes the dealers may offer better deals?

They must be mad money rob if used ones are getting 6/7 hundred yoyo's
See a set on ebay 4 gauges and all stuff to go with for over 1000 euros and that's used
Are they that good !!!!!!
Surely there are as good or even better out there?

Im with keith on this, a grand on gauges? For that money I would want them to fill the car with petrol for me and make it faster and handle better but they are mostly just for show!!! (IMO!)

No doubting they are quality but what a serious premium they have attached for it, surely equally good on the market for half the price.

3 new advance BF gauges including all sensors, etc and control unit for £585.60 (sterling) including VAT from Tein UK. The only thing I thought would go for mad money was the sti genome gauges which I don't want anyway as they're only green. Maybe I'm missing something, I don't know why they are mad money second hand, apart from usually coming with a pod?? Sure Johnny was selling 4 for €300 and granted it needed a replacement part but thats still alright to me, he was where I first checked after the wedding but unfortunately they were gone. Gonna spend the guts of £400 on prosport or the likes so why not just spend an extra 40 quid per gauge and be done with with

Thats still €700, if it includes delivery, add fitting, a pod and you will still be paying a grand or more for 3 gauges, now they will look class on your car robbie and no doubt will work great but its expensive, alot like watches I suppose!

I have a hooded pod, not the exact one I want but it'll do for the gauges. What did you pay for your 3 prosport gauges as a comparison? Are they not in the region of £100 each nowadays?

Mine are low ball robbie, no comparison, 3 of them delivered to my door for €120, got the pod on scoobyparts for about €40 delivered! Now they are not a tap on defi, I know that, but I still have 3 gauges on my dash that work, i probably should have got the next step up in the prosports series but I didnt and they are on the car a good while now, I barely look at them!!!

Are there alternatives out there to defi/prosport, something in between the 2 like?

Had a lamco boost gauge in the type r the small one
Always heard they were good but again they are getting big money I think

IMO they are the best out there bar none, and as the old saying goes " you get what you pay for"

The only other guages that I have seen as well made are the blitz ones, I have the boost guage in my hawk and it very well made,

I can understand lads saying they are just for show but its always give me great peace of mind to see the oil pressure guage at the right level and also when the car feels down on power to see the boost guage doing its thing.

Like everything, there worth it if you have the money!

Innovate gauges are decent, reasonably priced too, not sure on how well they will match the other gauges in the car etc, thats where Defi wins. STRI are another option
