Its a 2001 b4 blitzen automatic. Not sure if theres a specific model your looking for.

John take the kick plate off the ECU and look at the code mines an L3

Sting: that's like a €3 motor factor part

Would the rear calipers be the same as gen3 gtb automatic.

Not sure wat that means. I assume there different and nit interchangeable.
Does anybody know if they are or arent?
