I think for once in a long time subaru ahve really got the styling right..I think their design is much better than Toyotas efforts..smoother more flowing..

confused.com , there's as much difference in those two as the ford fiesta/mazda121 ...... ie not a lot . different bumpers but same features 99%

just imo . subaru one does look that little bit better though

Re: BZR v GT86

They are essentially the exact same car so differences would be minimal..the BZR just looks less fussy to my eyes

Re: BZR v GT86

toyota and subaru look alike mainly coz they have same designer, same as the new supra with subaru engine... :icon_biggrin:

still not keen on it

Kind of a last gasp for Subaru and performance motoring..they can't keep flogging what is essentially the same car for the last 12 years...this will be in a low C02 bracket ..so not to bad to TAX and supposedly does 40mpg

I think Subaru should have taken a leaf out of Toyota's book with regards to promoting the BRZ,

In this video anyway....

and Toyota's attempt....

hyundai coupe mixed with some bmw z4 roadster and some mazda rx8
they wont sell many of them here
dare I say it but is this going to be a hair dressers car :icon_redface:
this better drive spot on or its going to be a fail in my view
i am always weary when car makers make the same car
has it ever been done well :dontknow:

Really like that, lovely smooth lines.. There's something a little too maxpower about the toyotas front bumper for me, still wouldn't turn it down though if someone offered it to me

Exact opposite of a hairdressers car ..this is a drivers car...light weight, rwd, N/A...this would be a much easier sell in ireland than an sti..half the tax..double the mpg and probably half the insurance..all for about 30bhp per tonne less...it will be cheaper to track as well..easier on tires, brakes...no worries about DET or remaps or blowing turbos...it's not going to give you a kick in the back like an Impreza turbo but I bet a well driven one will keep up with an impreza on track

Good to hear
Should be a cracking car so

the alloys are MANK
remind me of the alloys on the new mustang, they just ooze bad handeling and horrible styling
thats where ya could start!!
i hope the tuning companys go a little mad with them, might sex em up
