as above do any of ye get bored with yer motors :dontknow:
ive my rs over 3 and a half years (longest time ive owned a car) and ive spent countless thousands on it and its just not doing it for me lately,
it sickings me to say it but i think i need a change away from subaru....
so am i the only one thats lost interest in there motor lately :dontknow:

nope still love our one. a few of the lads here have ventured off into a new car but found themselves back ina subaru within a few months. what type of car are u thinkin of getting

only 2 reasons i do be bored with mine and they're lookin at them broken needin engines and the other is when they're goin puttin petrol in em!

other than that it's all good!

i've only the wagon a little over a year and the ra a little less than a year tho but herself will tell ya if i like somethin it stays for good and if i don't it's gone within weeks!

You do alright, but believe me if you sell it you'll be kicking youself after a week or two (speaking from experience :icon_cry:)
Cheers
John
PS If you put yours up for sale it wont hang around for too long

never get bored of it but i have to admit there have been times i have looked at it and thought "your an expensive whore"
but sure its worth what it costs me!!!

I've had 9 Imprezas since 2002. So yeah but I'll always now have a Subaru.

i drove honda,s for years had everything from a vti to a dc5 and was just sick of them in the end so got a subaru
it depends what you want out of your car if you fancy a change go for it

i think its normal to get bored with your car but i get out and do some small job thats been annoyin me for a while or give it a polish and im right back into it again , just sourced another small mod today and cant wait to get it on the motor , dont give up on the leggy its a rare beast in the condition that yours is in so dont move on from it

After selling my last scooby and trying out 3 other cars within 18months i couldnt wait to get back into another one.if you are selling Johnny tink about staying with subaru and maybe coming up the years a bit if you can!

ye wont beat a subaru mate...everybody wants change but u cant beat the desire of a subaru....when carlsberg made the statement 'probably the best in the world' well subaru released ,,The best cars in the world.....FACT!! :subaru:

Im with you on this one Tommy,i sold my last wagon and she was mint, was farting around with this car and that car,

in the end i was back hunting for wagon no.2 have it about a year and a half and love it.

Maybe you need a few mods as Tommy said, or it could be you need to get a wrx for yourself if not the move will kill you in the end and you will be back

If you want a totally different experience get an mx-5 on 14"'s and drive the stones out of it...you'll be much much slower than your Subaru but you'll be a lot more involved. I don't think there is a better all round car than a Subaru but if your looking to be entertained and don't care about the image a RWD roadster will do that.
Keep the Legacy don't sell it but you don't need to shell out money on an M3, you can't get anywhere near the limits of its performance on a public road your not going to track it because its a little heavy. Did a complete u turn on roadsters this summer, I don't care how much of a queer I look, its a serious laugh blasting around with the roof down...doesn't need to be sunny either

when i get bored i just go for a blast on my favourite road or do a trackday then you apreciate it all over again..

cheers for the feedback lads  but ive tried all of the above lately and its still not doin it for me,
ive changed the wheels and changed another few bits and pieces and went on a few blasts on my favourite roads but its still actually depressing me to look at it everyday....is that crazy or what :cuckoo: 2 months ago i wouldnt have sold the car for diamonds......

Personally, having sold my Subaru, if I were you Johnny, I'd put your legacy away and get something cheap and cheerful to flake around the place in.
You have spent far too much on that car and will lose your hole in it if you were to sell it.
