Yeah, i glanced over it only. I was only out of bed, in between night shiftsCould be a fuse , could be the ecu temp sensor not bringing them on , could be the fan relay be very slim ,
Thermostat wouldn’t cause it not to come on as that’s a mechanical part
Coming on spinning fast for a second then relay clicksComming on and spinning fast or just comming on
OK ill get someone to plug it in and see what's it doing and check thatthat’s a good sign , need you check ecu coolant temp sensor with with a scan tool see what it’s doing , although they rarely give trouble if it’s telling the ecu the engine temp is cooler than it actually is, the fans won’t come on ,
Not saying it’s definitely that but need to check it out
