cheers Ciaran .I cut the shafts and used the bottom of the ka shaft and joined it to the top of the corsa shaft and welded around the joint it will be as strong as the original I reckon

Bit more done today started fabrication of the new dash and also painted most of the interior satin black I will paint rest when the dash is finished

Also gave her a wash an parked it beside it's big brother for a pic

Very tidy job and fitment, orange is 'a go faster' colour aswell, looks deadly

A little bit done with the ka this week, originally when I build the ka I made a four branch manifold from a focus standard manifold, but it was a bit sh*t so I was lucky enough to come across a good miltek 4-2-1 puma manifold for it and I stuck it on last night, I also stuck on some windscreen strips from mine and Adrian Facebook page trackcarsireland in the customery orange ????????????????
