people why dont we all relax for one second i appreciate your combined efforts in resolving my problem, an arguement will never do, Dave has actually seen my car and yes the taping on the y pipe is similiar to the one Dave posted however though the comditiom of the pipe is not as seen as the pictures posted be Dave ibe noticed that the black spongy layer surrounding the ypipe at one side torn and the taping has gone loose and thats only from one side and as for the rodents situation colm might be avtually correct i remember on a cold day i started the car (not in ireland though) and there was a mouse under under the hood when i unlocked the car i saw him running from under the car and the reasom after that is that they hide in under the hood seeking warmth in cold nights

Regards certaim issues i have raised in personal opinion for best interests of the club.

and as for the compression test dave i did another one in a diffrent garage and they said there was nothing out of order - i have no mechanical experience to know what is going on

You need to do a leak down test.

What was the results per cylinder on compression test.

unprofessional has nothing to do with it as haven't been on the commite in months
