If your talking about who I think you are, despite the crash or the car or "jeep" that was been driven at the time, he would out drive any of ye lads an any road.
If your not my bad .......may be just bad timing

I personally feel sorry for him as its never nice to see something like that but I sincerely hope that this makes him realise that he's not invincible on the road and able to handle any situation like he has previously claimed on here. He got away lucky as noone was injured, although it may be expensive to repair the foz and the crash barriers if they are damaged but thats the risk you take on track. Hopefully he gets it sorted.
there have always been accidents at the ring man and as long as there is 22km of mountain race track open there always will be both race and road cars, the track is so complicated it can catch out the best in the world in the best vehicles in the world and has done ,from experience the advice i always give lads goin to the ring is to take your skill level on your best day as 100% you need to drive the ring at about 75% drive it with the respect it commands and you will for the most part stay out of trouble and have the best trip of your life ,dont let it put you off goin i bet if you asked anyone who has gone accident or not they would say they will go backdoggy said:My God that was a nasty smack. Every time I think about getting the Ring crossed off my bucket list I find one of these videos to change my mind. Ouch. Hope all were ok after.

Any this wouldn't be different if it was any other member- we all have pity for any man who crashes their pride and joy, So just becasue it was Super Dan we cannot have an opinion? Fook that. He milled a lovely car. He made one vital mistake- It's the Ring, not mondello where he's been around a few thousand times at this stage. You take it a little hander over there considering you are in Germany not on a race track in Leinster. Glad he wasn't hurt or didn't total the Forrester as it's a lovely bit of kit and a credit to the man, I'm sure it'll be back as good as new soon murdering a set of Toyos in Mondello.
Cheers
John

JohnM said:Jaysus Robbie I didn't mean to imply that at all. All I ment was that a few posts seem to be avoiding that fact that it was Dan untill you posted up that it was him. I was just saying that just because it was Dan some people felt that they couldn't say his name. It was common knowledge what happened by 5pm sunday and it was bound to come out so why not just say it?
If he was here himself he would have blurted it out 10 seconds after the impact (not that i want him here to say it)
Hope this clears it up
And before anyone comes on to fight his corner I'm not really interested in an arguement,
Cheers
