Insurance wont be involved as it was on a racetrack so wouldn't cover it regardless. Also, unless he's changed since he left here, he's still driving it on a third party extension.

@ altezza Dan, did he have ring insurance to cover the cost of the barriers? If not, any word on the cost to repair them?
 
@ john i would imagine all parts coming from japan but order through the main stealer and been a sti foz i wouldnt like to be paying for them though

thats a fair aul repair bill and any cutting corners on a car that well known really isnt an option.
 
Was talkin to dan today and the barriers cost €715!

Car was on display at mondello today showin it's battle scars!

Couple of view he gave me to put up aswell!


 
Is that how much it cost him or is that the general cost per barrier?

Good vid, but what is the whining noise, is his gearbox on the way out?

the flyby video looked good i must say.
 
Track car has semi slicks on it makes the same noise also
 
:multijump: :multijump:i dont know how he convinced her to sit in to that yoke cause he is nuts,when they got back to the carpark she went off walking to try not to get sick so that grip is fear me thinks
 
they are some noisey ass tyres alright . sounds like a jet or something .

first passing vid is at a nice pace !
