Right I'm off for my rolling road

have you got a 3 port boost solenoid fitted ?

maybe go with - fitting this sports cat, installing a 3 port selling my vf35 get a TD04 then a remap
and if that don't sort it, a box of matches

not sure, think i just wanna get it to where is should be with the current mods and leave it at that.
its getting a bit cash hungry for me at the mo :angry1:

I am sorry for a bit of off topic, but how much does it cost to get your car dynoed? (if thats the wright term to use)

Yer it's a 2.0l 177bhp standard ,
I'll have to do some research , what does you tdo4 hit (bhp)
and when does it spool ?

Mine spools up at about 2800/3000 rpm and there is not much point in pushing it after 5650rpm. I'd say 270 - 280 bhp is the max it would be able for.

Just thought of something else. I fitted my car with a Dawes boost controller (£60 stg afaik) as recommended by Andy Forrest as he said that it gives much better control of the boost when mapping, so it might smoothen out your boost graph.

Right lads I've a few options
1: get the timing checked , install ebc, install my sports cat down pipe and then ecutek (road mapped) map.
2: change the vf35 for a td04h plus the above
3: do the above and get a piggy back Ecu and map on the rolling road

I do have ecutek , piggyback is just another option :dontknow:
don't know what to do but what ever it is I only wanna do it once and do it right

whats the story with the VF35???
is it too big for the foz???
thats the turbo out of a wrx sti type uk i thought!!!!
:dontknow: :dontknow:

Yer vf35 is too big for the softer cams ( or some think like that )
so might look in to a tdo4 hybird ,
will make 280 with surported mods
where as the vf35 makes 250-260 on the Foz xt
or change the cams ;)
