Thx a lot all for the input, i have been talking to Damo and he has shown me my options,

Im waiting for ian to come back with the total damage, as he is up to his neck in work, good thing to be in to be honest.

im leaning towards a sti6 bottom end, with poss forged internals as i would like 400bhp or as close to it without going over the top :p

time will tell, again thx all for the input.

Me again, well i have talked to Ian at Cartork, and its new block and forged internals engine on the way to damo as soon as small things sorted out, ie Money :)

Damo do you stuff lad.. as cheap as possible :p

also getting suspension looked at and all round check of car, hopefully wont need a remap, but i think it will. Im not sure if i want higher bhp now as 350+ is easily got with damos

and Ians suggestions.


On the health front, my speech has returned, but the long term memories shot.. ho hum.


Hopefully i will be back working after christmas..
