Mates dad (bout 68) has only driven Evo's for the last 15 years... he drives everywhere... won't fly so hols in Morroco (and drives there)... His Evo 6 had 220,000 miles on it before he sold it for an Evo 8 MR.

And trust me... not one of us here could keep up with this fella... He's a savage pilot.... Rocket Ronnie as we call him! :icon_pray:

  fair play to rocket ronnie. my da is nearly in the oap category and he owns an impreza. everyone thinks i just lend my da my car to drive. when he first got the b4 about 5 years ago and drove it into his work place all the rest of the staff thought he was a drug dealer

All accredited to Aidan Field Motorsport who did all the servicing! :icon_pray:

He serviced my own yoke a few times Brian... amazing mechanic! Very particular!

Only prob is he doesn't generally service road cars. I got the Ronnie fella to persuade him to take me on as a customer but he's usually up the walls with the competition stuff... mainly Grp N!

I can certainly ask!

i doubt its cause of the insurance is cheaper my dad hes 58 with about 35 plus years ncb and the insurance company still charged him 948 euro for insurance i think thats a complete rip off

Me da was telling me the last time he brought my car to garage

"There was some young fella in a red honda with black bonnet behind him for about 6-7 miles.Giving it all the vroom vroom.Do you know the bridge with the little twisty bit?? Well i decided to drop a gear and floor it.Great fun watching the little red dot in the mirror getting smaller and smaller.Theres some power in that car"

Thats comming from a 65ish year old merc driver that rarely goes over the speed limit :icon_lol:

:smokin:
