hope that works brian your entitled to your money back or else they should fix it, agree with above if that dont work get a solicitor clean the fookers out :shoot:
Sorry to hear this Brian and ash. I hope you get sorted.
Im busy fending off car thieves.
Seen possible suspects this evening. Got reg numbers but im thinkin they will be back tonight.
Been onto guards but they dont seem too rushed :dunno:
As above. You are fully covered by the law. If they brought it to your attention that there was a problem with the engine then they could argue thier case. Obviously they didnt if they gave a warranty on the engine and gearbox. As the lads said above you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Record everything thas said and when it was said in a diary as well
What was the name of the garage that she got it from. Do you know it they are with simi (think thats the name for them) if so give them a buzz they might be able to do something 4 you.
Best of luck with it hope it all works out.
What's the garage you bought her from??
I'd let the solicitor do his stuff and try and get you a refund! You'll never know what they are going to do to fix your car! ie. they could just power wash the pipework and engine bay and top up the oil with the wrong stuff and your engine could blow in 1000 mile time
Once the car is "repaired" Get full AA (or similar) inspection and get a warrenty from them!( i think there is some croud who do that!)
Best of luck you two!
Dan
sorry to hear about the car.. don't take me up wrong but the car was very cheap maybe they knew something was not right with it hence good price.. anyway as the lads said the law is on your side on this one if you have warrenty

Palmerstown Motor company on the old Lucan Road.
Even if they do repair it, it won't be done to my satisfaction so i'm still gonna fight the bastards
My advice if they dont refund your money and want to repair get good solicitor
get an indepentdent accessor to look at the damage BEFORE its repaired and after.

ya dagnut is right get an indepentant assement of it first before anything is done with it
They rang me less than an hour ago stating that there is NOTHING wrong with the car.
I demanded the get it down to Galway on a recovery truck and that i was bringing it straight to subaru, and if they found problems they would be billed in full for the repairs.
