Subaru Levorg Import

Hi Jarocki I'm unable to pm at the moment. Give me a shout or what's app on 087 9031623 about the Legacy please. By the way I saw loads of Levorgs in Australia last year and they are a stunning looking car in person best of luck with it.
 
Best of luck with the levorg. Nice to see different cars coming in.hopefully the vrt isn't too crazy on it
 
Well just a bit of an update. The car has arrived in Rotterdam so expect it here in the next week or 2. I messaged Aonghus as he mapped my legacy. Has anyone an opinion on getting the Levorg remapped with the FA20 Engine combined with the CVT transmission? From the little looking into i am finding it hard to see if this could cause issues to the preset changes in the CVT? Thanks in advance.

I presume something has to be done to the cvt during mapping

I’m only guessing though
 
Bearing in mind the Map i did for the Legacy and the MAP i would want to do for the Levorg would be purely for Irish fuel rather than performance. Aonghus is a hard man to get responses from but i will keep trying as i have asked him this question also.

Keep trying and he will reply. I know he's flat out at the moment with the Rally x season etc.

I wouldn't imagine there shouldn't be any issue's with a remap. I would imagine you will be very limited to mapping the CVT tho. as the gear sets, I.e variable drive pulleys are mechanically preset along with the chain system. So I would say you maybe limited to what can be done with the solenoid pack system as regards activation times, pressure pre-loads etc. Maybe someone with more experience with subaru's cvt system may have a different opinion tho... lovely looking car, hope it serves you well and the best of luck with it. 👌:subaru:
