I have a tD0520G, I bought it for My Forester but there is too much alteration on my engine for it to mount up successfully, I will let it go for €900 ono

Its should be direct bolt on to your forester,. Wat alterations do you refer?

Hi Dave,
Those tumbler-valves are too much in the way for the intake hose and turbo to sit flush, The up-pipe has also to be moved about 2cm to the left and then it will mate up, but we still have the tumbler-valve clearance and if I blank them, the CEL comes on and stays on. I have striped this down to the bones and tried numerous bendings and heatings and fabrications of brackets, Lost all my hair now! BooHoo! Selling Turbo and 750CC Side injectors too if you know of a quick fix please let me know??? :thumbsup: :subaru: :subaru:

ok lads, back in April was on a lookout for a 20G, got one but not really reaching 400hp mark which a pain so now on a look out for a turbo that can reach 500hp mark.... Thanks in advance... :thumbsup:

Vitalie GT30 on a standard engine? That will be an awful bang when that engine goes. Maybe its your 20G or could be down to the mapping. How does the car drive?

I had presumed he has a built engine to support 500 if not better sort that before lookn 500 turbo

really not happy with it Baz, there was a thread chap got 450hp on stand ecu and engine internals and 500hp with a racing ecu, got it maxd at 355hp kinda poor for a 20G and boost not kicking in till 4500rpm... :zzzz:

waz wondering if its the turbo as nothing on it to say TD05 20G, had a VF35 printed serial number on the turbo an all, this one has nothing on it, so now if im getting one then it has to be Branded no more pinky stuff...

Your engine wont last man being honest at 450hp. Maybe try Simon when he comes over next time

Your engine wont last man being honest at 450hp. Maybe try Simon when he comes over next time

Askd Simon last time and he said that ebay 20G they dont go more then 350hp where a proppa 20G should reach 400 mark...... really disappointed Baz... :new_puppy_dog_eyes:

was bought of a chap on scoobynet, same lad sell's stuff on ebay, dunno if he build it himself or what, im puzzeled myself, when i first bought it knew nothing about ebay turbo or genuine, thought they all the same, not anymore, that is why want to buy one that is genuine :icon_headbang:
 
After buying a second hand turbo i'd never buy one again unless I knew the car and person who owned it
